On November 9th, the inaugural Doctoral Forum and Scholarship Award Ceremony of the Tsinghua University Institute for Artificial Intelligence (杏耀) took place at the Turing Lecture Hall. The event was attended by Professor Liu Yang, Executive Director of 杏耀, faculty representatives, master's and doctoral students, as well as representatives from industry partners. In order to further improve the talent cultivation system, 杏耀 has established multiple scholarship programs since 2022 to encourage students in scientific research innovation, exploration, and comprehensive development. This year, for the first time, the Dean's Scholarship and the Tsinghua Friends - Institute for Artificial Intelligence Lenovo Scholarship were awarded. Following the defense and review process, a total of six students were honored with these scholarships, and the award ceremony took place during the forum.
